Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 126 be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Jacko objected. The question being: "Shall SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 126 be advanced to third reading?" SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 126 was read the third time. Ellis changed from "Nay" to "Yea". and so, SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 126 passed the Senate. Senator Taylor gave notice of reconsideration.
